PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS -Please use MHOL where possible for script requests. Patients will understand that the practice will now need to introduce temporary measures to reduce the risks to patients and staff.

If you need to order your repeat prescription this can be done by

  • either placing your request through the letterbox next to main entrance or prescription box situated in the entrance lobby. Please refrain from entering the main reception area. If you don't have your repeat prescription tear off slip, a request form can be accessed via our website or entrance lobby.
  • On MY HEALTH ON-LINE (MHOL) if registered to use

If you usually collect your prescription from the practice, we would ask patients to consider either providing a stamped self-address envelope or stating your preferred Pharmacy for collection in order to reduce the need to attend the practice.

Smear Clinic -  Cervical Screeening Wales have now resumed the recall system so if you receive a letter please contact the surgery to make an appointment.

7/10/20 ***we are experiencing serious problems with our phone lines. An open reach engineer is dealing with this issue but it is affecting the whole area. Please bear with us. If your problem is not urgent we would appreciate if you could call back tomorrow when hopefully the issue is resolved. Thank you for co-operation.

Please note that due to Coronavirus, in order to keep patients and staff as safe as possible we are trying to reduce footfall into the Practice. Please telephone the surgery and try to avoid coming down as far as practicable. We are also now able to offer E-Consult for routine medical queries (see above) and MHOL is available for prescription requests. We are also pleased to now be able to offer video consultations as well as telephone consultations but will arrange face to face consultations if needed. Thank you for your co-operation during this time.

We are operating a zero tolerance policy for anyone who is unable to abide by this. Thank you very much  in advance we are doing our very best to keep all services running.***

GP and nurse appointments are bookable up to 6 weeks in advance.  We start surgeries at 8am, and consult until 5.30pm.

Should you have an emergency issue, and feel you cannot wait to see your usual clinician in a booked appointment, we offer same day appointments with the duty doctor/nurse.  We will always speak to you on the day of your request should you feel it medically necessary.  If you do have an emergency issue, we ask that you telephone before 10.30am.  More information can be found here.

We regret to inform you that due to current excessive demand we do not have any more flu vaccinations for the over 65 age group and are only able to vaccinate those that have already booked an appt. We are bound by the company who provide these vaccinations and they no longer have any more to provide us with. We sincereley apologise but this is something that is out of our control.Flu
